International Travel Health Services

Pre-travel planning is not solely about vaccines and tablets. Advice for planning a holiday, everyday precautions and country-specific recommendations will be given during a travel health consultation to minimise health risks associated with travel.

We offer a one-stop-shop service. You can get all your health information for overseas travel, vaccinations, malaria tablets, blood tests and insect repellents/nets etc. right here.

For overseas travel that will last more than a month it is best to visit the travel clinic around 4-6 weeks before travelling. For shorter trips visit at least 2 - 3 weeks before travelling. However, even if travelling at short notice it is still worth dropping in to the clinic.

For travel clinic enquiries and to make an appointment please telephone

Liverpool 0151 705 3223

Chester 0844 939 5600

Please try to bring with you a record of previous vaccines you have received. If you have health problems please bring details of any medication you are currently taking.

If you want a general idea of what vaccines/tablets might be required where you are going, click on the: “Where are you travelling to?” link on the right of this page.  This gives you country-specific information on what vaccines are recommended in each country.  Your travel health advisor at Well Travelled Clinics will be able to help you decide whether or not you need these vaccines, so come in and see us.
