Pre-travel Services

We offer a one-stop-shop service. You can get all your health information for overseas travel, vaccinations, malaria tablets, blood tests and insect repellents/nets etc. right here.

For overseas travel that will last more than a month it is best to visit the travel clinic around 4-6 weeks before travelling. For shorter trips visit at least 2 - 3 weeks before travelling. However, even if travelling at short notice it is still worth dropping in to the clinic.

Liverpool Branch

Opening hours of our walk-in pre-travel clinic are:

Monday-Friday (08:30am doors open) 08:45am - Noon

Opening hours of our pre-travel appointment service are:

Monday and Wednesday 14:00 to 16:30
Tuesday and Thursday 14:00 to 19:00
Saturday 09:00 to 13:00

Chester Branch

We offer appointmens only at this clinic. The Chester branch is open on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

You can also ring the Liverpool branch Monday-Saturday to make appointments in Chester.

Cancellation Policy

Because of the demand for appointments, Well Travelled Clinics operates a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you need to ring us by 3pm the day before the appointment. This is so we have the opportunity to re-fill the slot.  Should you fail to attend for your appointment or you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before, regrettably you will be charged a £20 cancellation fee per person.

Travel Information

Please try to bring with you a record of previous vaccines you have received. If you have health problems please bring details of any medication you are currently taking.
