Opening hours of our drop in pre-travel clinic are:

Monday-Friday 08:45am - Noon (doors open at 8:30am)

Appointments are available afternoons, evenings and Saturday mornings.

When you book an appointment you will be asked for credit/debit card details. Should you fail to attend for your appointment or you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before, then you will be charged a £20 cancellation fee per person.

Directions:

Train - Liverpool Lime Street Inter-City station is a 10 minute walk from the clinic. Go out of the main entrance/exit onto Lime Street, turn right and keep walking; turn right again after the Liverpool Empire Theatre into London Road. Stay on the right hand side and keep walking, you will pass a T.J Hughes Store on your left, keep walking a little further up the road until you reach our new big glass building on the corner of Pembroke Place and Great Newton Street. The travel clinic is just opposite across the road, on the corner.

By Coach - The National Express coachThe coach station is located in Norton Street, Liverpool City Centre. Walk out onto Norton Street and turn right walking uphill towards the traffic lights and turn left onto London Road. Cross over London Road so you are on the opposite side of the road to the T.J Hughes Store. Keep walking a little further up the road until you reach our new big glass building on the corner of Pembroke Place and Great Newton Street. By Car - Follow signs for Royal Liverpool University Hospital, city centre. The School is in Pembroke Place off of Daulby Street which runs along the side of the Royal Liverpool University Hospital. There may be parking available at the Q-Park located almost opposite the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, in Prescot Street

We offer appointments only at this clinic. The clinic is above the Phase Eight shop. We are open all day Tuesday and Friday and for Saturday morning appointments. To arrange an appointment or for any queries please call the Liverpool Clinic on 0151 705 3223

How to get to us:

By train – Take the shuttle bus which will drop you off in Frodsham Street. Turn right into Eastgate Street and walk towards The Cross, passing the Grosvenor Hotel on your left. At The Cross, take the steps on the right hand side to row level and walk past The Victoria Public House and The Amber Lounge, our clinic is situated 2 doors from The Amber Lounge (above Phase Eight) – look for the blue door.

By bus – the bus station is situated adjacent to Princess Street. Walk towards the Town Hall Square, turn right into the Town Hall Square and keep walking down Northgate Street passing Starbuck’s on your left, until you reach The Cross, take the steps, on the right hand side, to row level and walk past The Victoria Public House and The Amber Lounge, the clinic is situated 2 doors past The Amber Lounge (above Phase Eight) – look for the blue door.

By car – The nearest car park is situated near to The Crowne Plaza Hotel/St Martins Way. On leaving the car park turn right and walk past The Guildhall, on your right, at the end of the lane turn left into Watergate Street and continue walking towards The Cross, the clinic is situated in the rows above Phase Eight – look for the blue door.

We currently have no disabled access to the Chester clinic. There is a flight of stairs leading to reception which people with pushchairs/slightly infirm or has difficulty with stairs may find it awkward to reach the clinic. An alternative would be to visit the Liverpool branch where there is full disabled access.
