We offer appointments only at this clinic. The clinic is at row level above the Phase Eight shop. From 9th May 2011 the appointment days will be: Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday. To arrange an appointment or for any queries please call the clinic on 0844 939 5600. You can ring any day to make appointments. On the days the Chester clinic is closed, your call will automatically go throught to the Liverpool  clinic who can book appointments for Chester - remember to say that you want the appointment for Chester.  

Due to the high demand for our appointments, Well Travelled Clinics operates a cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please ring before 3pm the day before your appointment to let us know. This gives us the chance to refill the appointment.

You must contact the clinic during our opening hours and speak to someone in order to cancel/re-arrange. Please do not leave a telephone/email message at Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine as this is not classed as informing Well Travelled Clinics and a cancellation fee would be charged.

Should you fail to attend for your appointment or you cancel your appointment later than 3pm the day before, then you will be charged a £20 cancellation fee per person.  Because of our cancellation policy we will ask you for your address when you book the appointment to send the invoice out.

Directions to the Chester Clinic

By train - Take the shuttle bus which will drop you off in Frodsham Street. Turn right into Eastgate Street and walk towards The Cross, passing the Grosvenor Hotel on your left. At The Cross, take the steps on the right hand side to row level and walk past The Victoria Public House and The Amber Lounge, our clinic is situated 2 doors from The Amber Lounge (above Phase Eight) - look for the blue door.

By bus - the bus station is situated adjacent to Princess Street. Walk towards the Town Hall Square, turn right into the Town Hall Square and keep walking down Northgate Street passing Starbuck's on your left, until you reach The Cross, take the steps, on the right hand side, to row level and walk past The Victoria Public House and The Amber Lounge, the clinic is situated 2 doors past The Amber Lounge (above Phase Eight) - look for the blue door.

By car - The nearest car park is situated near to The Crowne Plaza Hotel/St Martins Way. On leaving the car park turn right and walk past The Guildhall, on your right, at the end of the lane turn left into Watergate Street and continue walking towards The Cross, the clinic is situated in the rows above Phase Eight - look for the blue door.

We currently have no disabled access to the Chester clinic. There is a flight of stairs leading to up to the clinic. People with pushchairs, the slightly infirm or anyone who has difficulty with stairs may find it awkward to reach the clinic. Staff are always happy to assist any client who requires help on the stairs, just let us know at the intercom at the entrance. An alternative would be to visit the Liverpool branch where there is full disabled access.
