Booking an appointment

Online booking is available for individual appointments for adults who require a new Travel Health Consultation or Occupational Health (OH) Blood Tests/Vaccines.

For appointments for children or more than one person, please call 0151 705 3223 or complete our online Appointment Request Form.  

Our telephone line for appointments and enquiries are monitored Monday – Friday 08:45 – 16:15 and Saturday 09:00 – 12:30.

Our clinics no longer accepts cash. We accept all major cards except American Express.

There is now a new bus station located at Gorse Stacks so princess street bus garage is closed for those coming by bus. There is a shuttle bus running every 15mins from new bus station to old site on princess street from 8-6pm daily.

There is also a new drop off point for the park and ride which is on Foregate street in front of Boots.

We are on row level.  Walk past the Victoria Public House, the clinic is situated next door to the old Amber Lounge (above Phase Eight) - look for the big glass front.

The nearest car park is situated near to the Crowne Plaza Hotel/St Martins Way CH1 2BD. On leaving the car park turn right and walk past the Guildhall, on your right, at the end of the lane turn left into Watergate Street and continue walking towards the cross, the clinic is situated in the rows above Phase Eight - look for the big glass front.

Other car parks close by are:

Chester Racecourse, New Crane Street, CH1 2LY and the car park at the Little Roodee, Castle Drive, CH1 1SF - this is actually County Hall's postcode but the car park is directly opposite the side of County Hall.

From Chester train station,  take the shuttle bus which will drop you off in Frodsham Street. Turn right into Eastgate Street and walk towards the cross, passing the Grosvenor Hotel on your left. At the cross, take the steps on the right hand side to row level and walk past the Victoria Public House, our clinic is situated next door to the old Amber Lounge (above Phase Eight) - look for the big glass front.
